The majority of our team of hosts, live in the area and are therefore on hand to assist with any issues that may arise, 24/7. We use local companies for domestic cleaning and laundering the linen and towels when the property is prepared for your next guests. We have an address book full of local trades people that we trust. We are passionate about the area and want your guests to enjoy their stay as much as we enjoy living here.
WhAT WE DO
We take care of everything from listings and photos, managing the booking calendar, check-in and check-outs and cleaning, ready for your new guests. We will even take care of routine maintenance to your property to keep it in tip-top condition.
We are experts at using platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo and can ensure your property is well represented on these sites. All you need to do is give us the keys to your property and let us know if there are any dates you require the property yourselves. Our pricing strategy is very straightforward, we take 15% of the booking fee. This incentivises us to make sure you get the best price and highest occupancy for your property.
